I love that Constellation makes a commitment to promoting opportunities for employees from cross-functional teams or unrelated departments to interact outside of the normal work environment and socialize. Constellation’s Internship Program offers a multitude of opportunities for advancing my career within the company. The exceptional mentorship program fosters connections across various departments, broadening my overall understanding of the organization. The University Relations team further enriches our experience by holding weekly leadership calls, providing in-depth insights into different aspects of the company. Additionally, the program hosts numerous events and networking opportunities, allowing interns to build valuable relationships. This combination of mentorship, leadership exposure, and networking opportunities equips interns with the skills and connections necessary to build a successful career.

I think Constellation’s focus on growth plays a significant role in maintaining culture. I find that the company prioritizes growth on a company level and individual level. Being amongst other interns who are returning from last summer or speaking to employees who used to be interns, it is easy to see that the company values their people. This goes a long way in developing the company’s culture since it creates a welcoming environment and encourages employees to put in their best efforts consistently. Additionally, I have seen a tremendous amount of support from senior leadership. It is refreshing to see leaders at this level being so willing to speak with and support interns at the company.
