FAIRPORT, N.Y., July 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Brands, Inc., a leading beverage alcohol company, announced today the promotion of Paul Hetterich to Executive Vice President, Business Development and Corporate Strategy. His primary responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and the Company's overall business development activities. He was previously Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Hetterich will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Sands.

Hetterich joined Constellation in 1986 where his primary focus was marketing for Canandaigua Wine Company. He held several positions there including Vice President, Premium Wines Business Unit.
